Introduction
Lucky Days is one of the newer online casinos to enter the Canadian market, but they’ve built a larger-than-life reputation for their brand since launching throughout Ontario in June 2022. They rose to mainstream success with almost 1,900 games.
I tested every aspect of the Lucky Days user experience, played real money games and claimed perks so I could show you how they work. In this Lucky Days review, I’m taking readers on a virtual tour of this new online casino.
I’m explaining the pros and cons of signing up here, outlining important processes step-by-step, and giving you an inside look at Lucky Days with no commitment required. I created an account with the casino so I could see what’s really happening behind the scenes and report back here.
Facts You Should Know About Lucky Days
Lucky Days ascended to prominence because of their jam-packed library, and I spent hours with this casino to enjoy a variety of games for myself. I uncovered numerous stand-out features and pertinent facts during my week-long testing period.
Nine progressives feature seven-figure prizes
1,688+ high-quality slots from 30+ providers
36 live games from Evolution and Pragmatic
24/7 live chat and email support for newbies
Use MuchBetter, PaySafeCard and ecoPayz
- 24/7 customer support
- Easy registration process
- Extensive game variety
- Limited live dealer games
- Lacks advanced search filters
- No dedicated mobile app
How Does This Casino Stand Out From Competitors?
Lucky Days has one of the more comprehensive gaming libraries I’ve come across, and their benefits fall in line with the standards set by competing platforms like Casumo. I have also been using Royal Panda and Leo Vegas, so I wanted to see how they all compare.
Royal Panda has the least impressive collection of the bunch with 1,000+ slots and 8 jackpots, but they have 221 live tables. Leo Vegas tops the pack with 1,775+ slots and 340 live games. I think Lucky Days’ collection of 1,688+ slots is competitive, but they only have 36 live games as compared to hundreds at other sites. Regardless, Lucky Days has enough variety in store for casual players.
Leo Vegas is the only casino of the three with their own app on Google Play and the App Store. If you get started with Royal Panda or Lucky Days, you have to play via their respective mobile websites. Thankfully, Royal Panda and Lucky Days’ casino sites are designed for smartphones.
My Experience With Lucky Days
I had an enjoyable user experience at Lucky Days. On both desktop and mobile, their interface is easy for beginners to get the hang of. After I logged in, I was redirected to their game page. I was able to sort between slots, live casino games, jackpots, tables and new releases at the top.
They also have a search bar up top if you want to look for titles by name or software company. Lucky Days doesn’t add much to their interface beyond games, but I got curious and clicked on the “Help” tab. I saw a “Contact Us” tab, and all their FAQs were sorted by category underneath.
While it would be nice to see Lucky Days add more search features, their website delivers quick loading speeds and lag-free games on desktop and mobile.

Step By Step Guide to Getting Started
This isn’t my first rodeo, but Lucky Days has one of the easiest registration processes I’ve done so far. I was able to make my new account within 2 minutes, and I’m explaining how I did it here.
I clicked the “Create Account” button up top and I was redirected to a sign-up form that asked me for the following pieces of personal information:
Email Address
Password
Date of Birth
Mobile Number
Home Address
Occupational Details
Before I could start making deposits and playing games at Lucky Days, one of their agents had to verify my employment information and home address, which is standard at every Ontario casino I’ve reviewed thus far.
I was asked to confirm that I was at least 19 years old by ticking one of the checkboxes on their registration form. I was asked to agree with Lucky Days’ Terms & Conditions by ticking the other checkbox. Once I’d taken all the steps listed above, I clicked “Register” to create a new account.
Mobile vs Desktop Experience
Lucky Days doesn’t have a downloadable casino app for iOS or Android devices, so I used my iPhone 13 to access their mobile website via Safari. Their website appears to mimic the layout and functionality of a real app, so I can’t gripe much about not being able to download software.
I can complain about not being able to use Apple Pay or Google Pay with their mobile website. I was able to add the Lucky Days webpage icon to my home screen by clicking the square tab at the center-bottom of the screen and tapping “Add to Home Screen” from the menu that pops up.
I was able to play slots, live games and jackpots with a single tap on the home screen. Loading speeds were quick, and navigating through the mobile user interface felt snappy on my iPhone.
Casino Reviews - Unique Features and Facts
We try to endorse casinos that stand a cut above the rest with original games and unique features. Lucky Days might be the new kid on the block, but the appeal is already there for thousands of players in Ontario.
Lucky Days accepts more e-wallets than many Ontario casinos. I was able to use MuchBetter, ecoPayz and PaySafeCard to make deposits during my week-long testing period.
On the bright side, they host lots of brand-new slots from lesser-known providers. They might not be perfect, but they are very different from the average casino. Speaking of differentiating features, Lucky Days does right by their players with 24/7/365 chat, email, and FAQ support.
Games on Lucky Days
Game Quality and Variety
Lucky Days has teamed up with 30 popular providers and new iGaming companies to feature a varied mixture of classic slots and brand-new releases from the industry’s up-and-coming stars. The bulk of their slots are made by NetEnt, but Pragmatic and Evolution handle the live casino.
Other popular names on the site include Microgaming, Play N’ Go, Red Tiger Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Relax Gaming, Wazdan, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City. Microgaming designed the nine Maple Moolah jackpots listed by Lucky Days, and the largest prize is more than $2 million.
Admittedly, their live casino is a bit on the smaller side with just 36 variants of blackjack, roulette and baccarat. I’d like to see them add more video poker games to their collection. As of now, the casino only offers Classic Blackjack with Poker side bets and Evolution’s Caribbean Stud Poker.
Game Variety and Layout
Lucky Days has a beginner-friendly user interface, but it’s lacking in terms of search filters. I was able to see their Recommended titles, newest releases, live dealer games, regular slots, jackpot machines, and virtual tables by clicking their respective icons in the top menu. They also feature a search bar if you want to get specific, but there’s no way to sort by theme or software provider.
Their “Casino Lobby” screen offered me the largest variety of potential categories. As I scrolled to the bottom of the page, I saw their recommended titles followed by their most recent games and live dealer tables. The remaining subcategories separate slots, table games and jackpots. At the bottom of my screen, I noticed a tab that said “All Games” and I found 1,889 titles there.
Slot Machine Selection
Lucky Days’ slot selection is hard to poke through because there’s no real organization beyond separate headings for their regular slots and jackpot machines. I saw 18 recommended slots on their site’s homepage, so that’s where I began. 9 Masks of Fire was intense, but I overcame the heat with a delicious, chilled sweet treat on Sugar Rush 1000. Of course, I was able to use my spins.
I typed “Big Bass Bonanza” in the search bar, clicked “Play,” and found myself transported to an underwater paradise complete with upbeat music. I didn’t catch any major prizes, but that never makes the art of fishing any less enjoyable. After I dried off, I changed clothes and took a virtual trip to the savannah to scavenge for golden coins on Buffalo Gold and Buffalo King Megaways.
Their progressive jackpots are few in number but great in size – as I worked my way through 9 variants of the record-breaking Maple Moolah slot. I walked away unlucky, but Thunderstruck II and Joker Burst Frenzy became instant favorites.
Even though I discovered this by flipping through page after page of classic slot games, there’s a diverse range of themes available on the site. Unfortunately, there isn’t really a better way to browse through them, and I’d like to see the organization improved.
Table Games
Moving on with my review, I clicked “Table Games” in the top menu. I counted 56 tables from Relax Gaming, Play N’ Go, Games Global, Evolution, and Switch Studios. There aren’t a whole lot of choices for poker players – I could only find Casino Hold’ Em and Caribbean Stud. Confusingly, there were live table games mixed in with virtual games in this section - I’d prefer if the two were kept separate.
While I’m satisfied with the variety available in this section of their library, I was disappointed to see a complete lack of organization. There’s no way to filter table games by category, and they list blackjack right next to baccarat, roulette, and game shows. It was hard to find specific titles.
Nonetheless, I saw some fairly unique titles in their collection. I haven’t seen Cards of Athena, Card Chase with Rachel, Volcano Multiball Roulette, Catrina, or Rugby Fever Roulette at any other casinos I’ve reviewed. I especially like Lucky Days’ partnership with Real Dealer Studios.
Real Dealer Studios hosts Vinnie Jones Blackjack, Hockey Fever Roulette, Ultimate Blackjack With Rachel, and other immersive tables with pre-recorded cam footage from real announcers.
Live Dealer
Lucky Days only hosts 36 live dealer games, which is lower than average among ON casinos, but they cover all the basics in my expert opinion. While competing casinos are home to a much larger collection of live casino titles, Lucky Days’ abbreviated selection puts the focus on high-quality professionals and top-notch equipment for recording purposes. I felt as though I was standing inside the casino as I explored live games.
If you’re wondering how live games work, allow me to summarize my experience with Boom City.
After I launched the game, I was directed to a lobby. Once the round started, I watched one of their dealers roll the dice and announce the results in real-time. I was able to chat directly with the person in charge, publicly message other players, and switch my camera for the best view.
Again, it’s not all peaches and cream at Lucky Days. They don’t have any separation between categories on the site, so it can become a bit of a mess to find all the live games you’re looking for.
Payment Methods
I’m listing all the payment methods available at Lucky Days, discussing how each of them work, and explaining to my readers exactly how I was able to make deposits and receive withdrawals.
VISA/MasterCard: Open the cashier, click the corresponding payment option, and enter your VISA or MasterCard details when prompted. Then, tap “Submit” to make an instant deposit. If you’re using a bank card to deposit, winnings are sent back to the same card.
Interac: Interac is a Canadian payment service that can be used for deposits and withdrawals at Lucky Days. On the payment screen, select your bank and log into your account. Type in the amount of cash you’d like to send or receive. Tap “Submit” to finalize the transaction.
iDebit: iDebit pairs with your bank account much like Interac, offering the ability to make immediate deposits and receive fee-free payouts with an extra layer of security added to your experience. Log into your bank and send or receive money directly to your account.
MuchBetter: MuchBetter is an e-wallet that requires you to make a new login, manually transfer funds to your casino account from your bank account (and vice versa), and pay a fee if you decide to withdraw your winnings from the ATM. It acts like a middle man, providing extra security if you don’t want to make payments directly from your bank account.
ecoPayz: ecoPayz is another e-wallet that helps players keep their financial information and casino expenditures separate. You’ll need to create a secondary account, manually add money to your ecoPayz balance, and send money to your casino balance that way.
PaySafeCard: PaySafeCard is a prepaid card that you can use for everyday purchases, deposits, and withdrawals at Lucky Days. You have to add money to your PaySafeCard manually, and it takes the place of your VISA or MasterCard when making transactions.
Bank Transfer: Bank transfers are best suited for players who are spending or receiving large amounts of money. Payouts via bank transfer can take up to 7 days, but it’s one of the most secure payment options available. Just enter your routing and account number.
Personal Experience
During my week-long testing period, I made real money deposits and cashed out my winnings at Lucky Days. I’m discussing every step I took along the way, but they’re all fairly self-explanatory. I used my VISA card to deposit $20 and get the first part of their perks on my desktop.
I opened the menu from the sidebar, navigated to the cashier’s section, and clicked “Deposit.” I then selected “Bank Cards” from the payment screen. I entered my name, billing address, card number and security code. I ticked a box to confirm that I was the owner of the card. I finalized my initial transaction by clicking “Deposit,” and I received both my deposit and perks instantly.
I received my winnings just 24 hours later. While this timeframe isn’t the quickest I’ve seen, it’s still competitive based on my personal experience withdrawing cash at various Ontario casinos.
Lucky Days Walkthrough
I spent more than twelve hours playing games, claiming benefits, and exploring Lucky Days’ user interface over the course of a week. I’ve made this clear walkthrough to assure new players that it’s not difficult to use their platform. In fact, it’s one of the simplest sites I’ve tested.
There are three tabs at the very top of the screen. I was able to access their homepage, all the games offered by the casino, and their Help Centre. Clicking the “Help” tab brought me to their FAQ section, which offers simple answers to questions about verification, payments, safety, security, and their list of responsible gaming tools. Above this, I saw a “Contact Us” tab.
I saw links to their Live Chat feature and email hotline, so I decided to perform an experiment to see how quickly someone would respond. I entered my name, email, and inquiry before clicking “Start Chat.” I received a warm introduction from a support agent named Sean 30 seconds later.
On the website’s footer, they list their licensing information and have a drop-down menu that lets you switch between English and French. To the right of their licensing details, I saw two columns with links to their T&C’s, Help Center, Privacy & Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy.
I always check for the presence of safe gambling tools before endorsing a casino, and I’m glad to say that Lucky Days meets the mark here. They allow players to set loss limits, deposit limits and session limits by launching the “Responsible Gaming” page and clicking on “Player Limits.”
You can also “Take A Break” from gaming at Lucky Days for a period of 24 hours, seven days, a month, two months, or three months. If you want to step away for a longer period of time, you’re able to place a self-exclusion on your casino account for up to six months, a year, or five years.
I Tested Lucky Days on My Phone: Mostly Smooth Sailing
I used Lucky Days’ mobile website on my iPhone to play slots, table games and live games. The desktop and smartphone-friendly versions of their casino website aren’t designed any differently. However, their menu icons switch places from the top to the bottom of your smartphone screen.
A video game controller icon replaces the “Games” button on their desktop website. I was able to pull up the search bar after clicking the magnifying glass icon right next to it, and clicking the menu icon at the bottom-right corner of my screen gave me immediate access to their live chat.
I didn’t experience any lag while poking around the website, and I didn’t find any discrepancies between their collection on desktop and mobile. They don ’t have an app, but their site delivers where it counts most with crisp animations, appropriately sized titles and crystal-clear graphics.
Why Did I Give Lucky Days A Top Rating?
I gave Lucky Days a top rating because they host hundreds of brand-new games and surpass most Ontario casinos with their perks. I got all the information I used in this article directly from my own experiences, so you can rest assured that you’re seeing the most accurate details.
We account for six benchmarks while rating casinos, and I’ve explained them all in-depth below.
Security and Fairness: Our team reviews casinos that are licensed by the AGCO. Then, we scour all corners of the Internet to find unfiltered testimonials from real players. Our experts only consider endorsing any given casino if their responsible gaming tools are up to par. We prioritize casinos that put your safety and well-being before their profits.
Game Selection: Our top-rated gambling sites come stacked with the latest slots, tables and live games from tens of industry-leading software providers. We rate casinos highly if they create some of their own titles, but we search for originality above all else. Lastly, our team takes into account how many progressive jackpots and VIP rooms are offered.
Payout Speed: We make real money deposits, play games, and win real money at each casino we review in order to evaluate their banking procedures. We look for casinos that accept numerous e-wallets, avoid charging processing fees and deliver fast withdrawals. Additionally, we prioritize casinos that display easy-to-follow instructions for transactions.
Customer Support: We test all the available contact options at a casino. We send actual live chats, make phone calls, connect with real people through email, and follow casinos on social media. Our experts rate casinos based on response speed, quality, knowledge, patience, professionality, and politeness. We want you to have the best possible support.
Overall Feeling: Our team reviews casinos that make it worth our while to sign up. Daily benefits, exclusive jackpots, downloadable applications, recurring perks, ongoing events, and Apple Pay compatibility are just a few examples of the features we look for.
Licensing and Regulation at Lucky Days
Lucky Days is owned and operated by L7 Entertainment Limited. While their headquarters are based in Malta, this iGaming company is registered under the AGCO. Their licensing number is OPIG1242643. On their site footer, they have a direct link and phone number to ConnexOntario.

Did I Have Any Problems When Using Lucky Days?
In this section, I’m addressing some of the problems I experienced when using Lucky Days. The website lacks advanced search functionality on desktop and mobile. They don’t have a real app, either. I was able to sort games by category, but I couldn’t pinpoint specific themes or spot a list of their software providers. This problem remains constant for their slots, tables and live games.
They could afford to add more live games and a phone support hotline, but the bigger issue lies with their lack of recurring perks and tournaments. Lucky Days is one of the only casinos I reviewed that doesn’t offer events or daily benefits. Right now, they only host their sign-up offer.
Do I Recommend Using Lucky Days?
Yes, I’d recommend giving Lucky Days a try for yourself. They offer nearly 1,900+ slots, jackpots and live games from 30 software providers, ensuring that you never run out of titles to explore.
While they don’t have a casino app available for download, I had a positive gaming experience on desktop and mobile.
Their games and perks are admittedly geared towards high rollers, but casual players and beginners can explore upwards of 1,500 classic games. Their progressives hit seven-figure territory, and their VIP rooms give big spenders a reason to keep coming back for more action.
